Before After

65 Waterloo Street started out as a little cottage-like house in the heart of Kitchener in 1861. Behind the walls of the quaint, century home hid beautiful hemlock wood. This property has been transformed into an eye catching contemporary building offering 3 uniquely styled lofts with accents of the original reclaimed hemlock wood throughout.

The lofts were designed by Alex Jenkins, whose keen eye for modern architecture helped create site specific, original concepts for the project.

This sets the bar for local modern re-development and will help shape the future of the area’s urban evolution.
